Trade Carview Japan today officially launched their Pay Trade Service in Tanzania to safeguard the interests of motor vehicle buyers who make advance payments to importers and to legitimize such transactions.
Trade Carview Director, Mr Motoi Matsumoto, and Deputy Director Mr Nobuaki Chatani, presided over the launch and gave their assurances to motor vehicle importers and members of the Media that the service would boost the car importation business.
Mr Matsumoto announced that Trade Carview will also open offices in Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda from where they will extend their Pay Trade Service to the rest of East Africa where car buyers will no longer lose money through the advance payments system.
Why Use Pay Trade
Most of the sellers on Trade carview request buyers to pay 100% upfront before shipment, but buyers often feel unsecure to transfer such big amount without any guarantee. Transferring your funds through Pay Trade is like purchasing insurance for the item you ordered.
When you make payments through Pay Trade, your money is held by Trade carview in a secure manner and the money is only released to the seller after Trade carview confirms the shipment is complete.
Dispute Resolution
If the item that was not shipped or what you ordered (not the same chassis No./VIN number) or if the seller failed to ship the car within 60 days from the date of confirmation of the payment, Trade carview will take over the matter immediately. The buyer can also submit a Refund Request and Trade carview will contact both parties and mediate on the basis of evidence provided.
All decisions made by Trade carview are final.
The launch of this service is an added advantage to buyers because they will now be able to track their payments and delivery of their orders.
